For a number of key reasons, CNC machining is superior to hand machining.
Accuracy: When a CNC is programmed to do a task, a consistent, accurate cut is produced to guarantee product quality. It can be done in exactly the same way repeatedly.
Cost-effective: Using a machine to manufacture parts at scale is much less expensive than hiring people to do so because machines never get tired, don't require breaks for lunch, and can operate continuously in theory.
